Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Bella Fleur Boutique will only offer a refund if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Sale items are FINAL SALE
Beyond 2 business days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as you receive your item if there is an issue with your order and provide photos of both the packaging as well as the product.
Your item must be returned, unused, in the original packaging. Before returning, you must contact email@example.com to receive a return number & Mailing address
You, the sender are required to pay all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If your product arrived damaged, from Canada Post, we will discuss options for a return or exchange.
Once we receive your item, you will be contacted regarding your refund. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and may take up to 5 - 7 business days to post to your account.
